JIM BILTON

Jim Bilton, Managing Partner Director of Wessenden Marketing and Brandlab Research, has worked in a variety of roles in the publishing, research and distribution industries and was the managing director of both a newstrade distribution company and a subscription bureau.

He has worked for the Periodical Publishers Association, International Thomson, Comag, United Newspapers, Magnum Distribution and AGB Research. He sat on the Circulation Committee of the Periodical Publishers Association and has written for a number of publications including the Financial Times, The Guardian, Campaign, Media Week, Admap, Retail Newsagent, In Circulation, Marketing Week and World Press Journal.

LINDA LUSARDI

Linda was best known for a modeling career in the 80's and 90's but now her career spans the world of stage, film and television. Linda most recently appeared in ITV's Dancing on Ice. She broke her foot in training but still managed to compete until week 7. She loved the experience so much she jumped at the chance to join the national tour around the country with Torvill & Dean.

She joined the notorious King family in ITV's Emmerdale for a year and Linda was brought in for 10 episodes of The Bill to play detective Don Beaches estranged girlfriend Maggie Lyons in one of dramas biggest story lines.

Her lead stage roles include Eliza Doolittle in Pygmalion, and Shirley in Funny Peculiar. Film credits have included Snappers with Joss Stone and Olympus Force opposite Christopher Lee. Linda has also appeared on the Royal Variety Show and has taken her own show to the British Forces overseas.

PETER JACKSON

Twice named Magazine Editor of the Year, Peter Jackson edited Drive magazine, TVTimes (taking its circulation to four million a week), Sunday magazine and the Sunday Times magazine before becoming launch publisher of the UK edition of Elle and Sky magazine - and ultimately managing director of Rupert Murdoch’s European magazine operation, News International-Hachette.

In 1987, he set up his own magazine consultancy, Grayling Publishing Services, attracting clients from Australia, South Africa, Spain and Indonesia where he won the 2007 Golden Yak Media Award for the re-launch of a magazine in Bali. Most of the main publishers in the UK make regular use of his services and he has undertaken major projects for the BBC and ITN.

Chairman of the judges for the PPA annual awards for a record four years, he now combines the roles of Chairman of Grayling Publishing Services with lecturing on Multi-Media Journalism and Communications & Media at Bournemouth University.

STEVE BARRETT

Steve Barrett has been editor of Media Week since October 2006. Media Week is part of the Brand Media division of Haymarket Media Group, the largest private publishing firm in the UK. He manages a team of 13 editorial staff.

Prior to joining Media Week, Steve edited Young People Now, a youth sector magazine that is part of Haymarket's Professional Publications division. Steve became editor of Young People Now in December 2003, having joined as deputy editor of the magazine during its transition from a monthly to a weekly title in January 2003.

In the four years before he joined Young People Now, Steve rose from online editor to associate editor of Haymarket Media Group's then weekly internet business magazine, Revolution.

TOBY ANSTIS

Toby is the voice of mid morning radio on Heart, presenting his weekday show between 9am and 1pm and on Saturdays between 8am and midday.

In 2007 Toby committed to Killer In Me on ITV and also acted as a judge on VH1 and MTV'S search for new girl band Wannabee. Toby ended 2006 taking part in I'm A Celebrity. Toby was also part of the presentation line up for BBC 1's Dancing In The Streets with Bruce Forsyth and Zoe Ball. He voiced the live commentary for the show. In 2006 Toby was part of the judging panel for Britain's Next Top Model and won his heat on The All Star Talent Show

Toby made his name on television hosting BBC TV's The Ozone, entertainment shows The Electric Circus on BBC1 and the National Lottery Live. He presented cricket films for Grandstand as well as live coverage of Party in the Park for ITV2, the Reading Festival and Children in Need.
